Your ASU Organisers and Delegates are aware that you have been notified of consultation meetings over the next few weeks, relating to rosters and responsibilities at YSAS Resi Withdrawal and Rehab sites.
We would like to hear from you about the issues relating to the proposed change, and any concerns that you have, so we’ve scheduled some online meetings. Please choose whichever one suits you. No need to attend both.

As advised in the notice from Pat O’Leary, following these meetings you’ll have the opportunity to provide written feedback, and YSAS has committed to considering and responding to all feedback.
The ASU’s expectation is that through this process there will be no job losses or reductions in pay and conditions and that all efforts are made to minimise the negative impact on existing staff. We will be communicating this to management, along with any other points that members want us to raise as a collective, following these meetings.
