Your ASU Bargaining Team – Taylah, Walter (who has stepped in while Bede is on leave) and Tim – have developed a package deal with YSAS Management that we need your direction on.
If approved by members like you, the deal would resolve a large number of outstanding items and would leave only a few matters to resolve before a full agreement can go out to the vote.
The deal involves some great improvements on matters that YSAS had previously refused to move on, which we see as a positive step.
We’ll be holding three online meetings across two days to get your direction on whether we accept the package deal. It’s really important that as many members as possible attend a meeting, so please register for whichever meeting works for you. Management has approved these meetings to occur on paid time, so you are allowed to attend during normal work hours.
