Insecure employment is now rife across the not-for-profit community services sector – especially for new starters or those moving between employers.

ASU members are fighting to make employment conditions in the community services sector more secure.

ASU members in the sector are calling on the Andrews state government to work with the ASU to implement the following reforms;

  1. Secure Employment
  2. Workplace Fairness
  3. Longer Funding Terms
  4. Sector Sustainability and Reform

Please pass this notice to colleagues who are yet to join the ASU and encourage them to join the meeting. They are most welcome.

You can also ask them to join the ASU via or by using this QR code

All staff are welcome to attend, unity and mutual support in the workplace has never been more important.
