Strength in Unity!
In 2018 we reviewed the ASU’s vision and structure to deliver the best outcomes for members. Pay increases for workers are at an all-time low and insecure work is on the rise.
The rules do not support working people, the rules are broken: it’s time to Change the Rules!
As part of the ASU’s commitment to protecting, promoting and improving the working conditions and entitlements of members we are setting up regular Member Network Meetings.
The meeting will be held at:
DATE: Wednesday 10 April
VENUE: Huon Hill Hotel, 48 Reid St, Wodonga
All of the conditions that you and your co-workers have were fought for and won by union members such as you. United we stand, divided we fall!
Please confirm your attendance by contacting Grace Contessa on firstname.lastname@example.org
What else can you do?
- Encourage other members and potential members to come to the meeting with you
- Pass this on to a potential member and ask them to join the ASU
If you are not a member you can join at https://www.asu.asn.au/asujoin
Your work is the foundation of your life: doesn’t it make sense to protect it? The ASU protects your rights at work, provides expert advice and support and delivers members only savings and discounts. We are not-for-profit, member-owned and run. We exist only for the benefit of our members.
For further information please contact one of your local ASU Delegates or the ASU Member Contact Centre on 1300 855 570.
