Earlier this week, the City of Whittlesea issued the Notice of Representational Rights to initiate bargaining for a new enterprise agreement. The Notice is a legal document required to start bargaining and invites people to nominate as bargaining representatives. As a member of the ASU, you will be automatically represented by ASU delegates in these negotiations.

Your ASU Delegates are:
Danni Webster
Janine Webb
Bernard Tarabolsi
Di Smith
Darren Kennedy
Boris Jurukovski
Kristy Jaycock
Joel Jenkins
Anthony Hawking
Keith Hehir
Sunshine Cross

The City of Whittlesea has written to the ASU to advise that it wishes to commence bargaining in February 2022. The enterprise agreement expires on 1 July 2022. Over the coming months, the ASU will be holding members meeting and conducting a survey of members about what issues you want to prioritise in this round of bargaining. We will share more information about this in the coming weeks.
