By now, many of you may be aware that Eltham’s Drag Storytime event scheduled for tomorrow has moved online.

As ASU members, you have said overwhelmingly that you support LGBTQIA+ people’s rights.

To show this support, you’ve organised to team up with the Rainbow Community Angels. The Angels will be on-site at Eltham Library tomorrow, to shield staff from any protesters who show up. They’ll be showing the community that Eltham Library is a safe place for LGBTQIA+ people. And you can join them! Come along, protect your fellow staff, and show your support.

DATE: Wednesday 17 May (that’s tomorrow!)
TIME: 11am – 1pm (may end early so arrive ASAP)
VENUE: Eltham Library, Panther Pl, Eltham
DRESS CODE: None! But feel free to wear something festive if you’d like.
WEATHER: this will go ahead in any weather, so come prepared.
ACTIVITIES: Rainbow Community Angels will run their own Drag Storytime outside the library. Kids welcome!

(This is not a compulsory event, nor will it be paid.)
