ASU members at Barwon Water, Westernport Water, Gippsland Water, and West Gippsland CMA have voted to roll over their enterprise agreements for 12 months, with a 2.5% pay rise.

Whilst this pay rise is not ideal, we will be back at the bargaining table early next year in all of these workplaces, and will be saying loud and clear that we reject the State Government’s draconian wages policy.

Meanwhile, bargaining at Melbourne Water has commenced, with management claiming they cannot go higher than 2% per year. ASU members at Melbourne Water will have a fight on their hands in the coming months, and we will keep members posted of any progress.
