Voting for the new inTouch Agreement commences electronically for 1 day only on Friday 17 January 2020. The access period commenced today and ends on 16 January.

Now is the time where you have an opportunity to read and look through the EBA before voting.

This Enterprise Agreement was accepted in principle by ASU members and all ASU Members are encouraged to vote yes.

The Enterprise Agreement offers the following benefits:

  • Retained from the current Agreement
    Five weeks annual leave per year
    Up to 5 hours a week paid study leave
    Grandfathered above Award long service leave
    Above Award span of hours
    Above Award paid personal leave
    Above Award paid compassionate leave
    Above Award compassionate leave
    Above Award overtime entitlements
    Four weeks’ notice required upon termination
  • Improvements on the current Agreement
    3% above Award annual pay increases
    20 days paid family violence and sexual assault leave
    Paid leave for delegates to attend ASU training
    Ad-hoc flexi-time
    Meal allowance
  • Above Award TOIL entitlements
    10 weeks paid parental leave
    Four weeks special parental leave
    Increased option for leave without pay
