Last Thursday, the ACTU launched the First Nations Workers Alliance’s “Voice. Treaty. Truth. Advocacy Course.”
The course introduces the history of the First Nations peoples’ struggle, the Statement of the Heart, techniques for advocating and organising around First Nations issues and much more.
The training is open to all union officials, workplace leaders and First Nations workers.

The course takes place online over two days. A number of dates are available:
July 14 & 15 – 1pm to 4pm
August 4 & 5 – 9am to 1pm
August 24 & 25 – 1pm to 4pm
September 15 & 16 – 1pm to 4pm
Places are expected to fill fast, so be sure to register early to avoid missing out. The ASU will cover the cost if you are selected to attend.
