After many weeks of negotiations, VicRoads management has provided a new offer to ASU regarding EA9.

The offer includes many improved provisions as negotiated between Management and the Union, as well as some other proposals

Key features include 2% pay rises p/a, a $1200 mobility allowance p/a, new provisions to allow staff to be moved between worksites, improved parental leave provisions, increased compassionate leave, better annual leave approval processes, and improved rights regarding performance management.

But there is much, much more detail to this offer and we strongly recommend that members read the full details, which you can download here. The ASU has not endorsed or agreed to this offer – it is now up to you, our members, to decide how we proceed.

So we will be holding two members meetings next Monday 12th October to discuss the offer, and answer any questions you may have. The meetings will be at 12noon, and 6pm.
