In preparations for the enterprise agreement (EA) negotiations, the ASU have put together a short survey to understand what claims are most important to members.
There have been some great suggestions made at the recent members meeting including;
- Access to annual leave entitlements during peak periods (specific to mowing)
- Call out, back up call out allowance
- Extreme weather conditions
- Improvements to annual reviews
- Improvements to redundancy provisions
- Living away from home allowance
These along, with suggestions coming out of the survey, will form the basis of our log of claims document. A log of claims document is a wish list of improvements we seek to get into the enterprise agreement.
