With the ongoing rates of COVID-19 cases and the state’s recent announcement for additional support for aged care workers, we need to formulate a rapid response guided by the experience and knowledge of our home care delegates.

Using Microsoft Teams
If you are accessing the meeting link from your computer, you can elect to use your browser to join. You won’t have to download the app to do this.
If you are joining by phone, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app first. After you have done this, click on the meeting link. You can login without setting up an account. However, if you set up an account and login through that, there will be more functionality available to you in the app, such as being able to raise a hand.
Make sure the device you are using to join the meeting has a microphone. Check it is linked correctly in ‘devices’ when you are logging into the meeting.
