The Log of Claims for negotiations with Unison has been complied after your input and discussion.

You can download the Log of Claims here.

We have reached a threshold point in the EBA process. After the ASU membership endorses the LOG at the round of member meetings, it will be formally presented to management. The bargaining process will then begin.

The log is a claim from the membership for pay and conditions needed to reach agreement with members. Your important work for the many people under your care needs a workforce that is properly resourced and renumerated.

Your involvement has been critical in ensuring that your representatives are clear on your claims. Your ongoing involvement is crucial to achieve a good result.

Remaining engaged in the process and encouraging your colleagues to join is something everyone can do to support your representatives.  The louder and stronger our collective voice, the better the outcomes.

We look forward to seeing you all on at the round of meetings coming up and if you require any further information or wish to provide feedback please make contact on details below.
