The ASU is about to begin a round of meetings across Unison to develop up a log of claims to inform the bargaining process of a new EBA. The current EBA has expired but the conditions included still apply.

Enterprise Bargaining Agreements are not only your legal right to request but also the only mechanism available to develop and establish conditions and wages that are fair, legally binding and conform to standards across the sector. EBA’s enshrine wages and conditions that support good work practice and life and work balance.

To be in the best position to negotiate a good outcome for our membership we need to have a clear loud voice! Please take the opportunity to talk to your colleagues that are yet to join the ASU and encourage them to get on board.

The ASU is keen to work with our membership in your workplace to develop a progressive, unified and collective voice in your workplace.
