Your Union has been fighting hard to get you a pay rise that is fair and helps you manage the rising costs of living while protecting your hard-won rights and conditions. The agreement sets the pay and conditions of your employment and has to be supported by a majority of employees in a vote before it can be enacted.
We have been unable to achieve agreement with management about a new enterprise agreement because they have put an insulting 1% or $18 wage offer for 2021 on the table (click here for full details). We encourage you to VOTE NO! in the upcoming vote and send management a message that this wage offer is too low.
The Voting period opens MONDAY 11 JULY and runs until 4pm Friday 15 July 2022
