Unbelievably the General Manager at the City of Hobart was unwilling to meet with an ASU organiser about the terrible workplace culture identified through the survey.
The good news is a new CEO has been appointed, and ASU members want her to put fixing the cultural problems at council and negotiating on a new enterprise agreement at the top of her to-do-list.
