Please find via this link the Log of Claims (LOG) for your consideration and endorsement. If endorsed, they will be formally presented to management on May 15, 2023.
The bargaining process will then begin in earnest and the ASU across Australia along with its active and committed delegates will be at the fore front of these discussions.
The LOG is primarily based on the reinstatement of rights previously incorporated in the 2013 EA, and removed from 2016 EA –
The LOG is a clear statement from the membership of what pay, and conditions that need to be in place to value and respect the hard work you all do.
This critical and life changing work is underpinned by a workforce that is properly resourced, properly supported and properly renumerated.
Now is the time to remain active and engaged, now is the time to canvass non-members to join. The louder and stronger our collective voice is, the better the outcomes
