TasWater has announced further proposed changes as part of its Future Ready 2023 program.
The ASU has been advised that the proposed changes will occur within Service Delivery. The impacted teams are Technical Services and Operational Excellence and TasWater has now commenced consultation in relation to the proposed changes.
The proposed changes include changes of reporting line, changes to roles, creation of new roles and some roles will be made redundant. TasWater needs to consult properly and genuinely around these proposed changes and the ASU will ensure that TasWater meets its obligations. We encourage impacted members to provide feedback and questions to TasWater during the consultation period.
