The access period for your EBA has started. You now have 7 days to consider the proposed agreement before voting.
Voting will again be conducted by CORPVOTE and opens at 12:01PM AEST Wednesday, 15 December 2021 and closes at 11:59AM AEST Tuesday, 21 December 2021.
If you do not receive voting instructions, please contact your Human Resources department.
Since you voted down the agreement management have increased the offer by 0.5% per annum and removed the requirement for most employees to take 0.5% per annum as an extra superannuation contribution.
Under the new proposed agreement you can opt to take 1.5% as a pay increase and 0.5% as extra superannuation or you can opt to take a 2% pay increase – it’s your choice.
It is also your choice whether to vote for the agreement or against it, but ASU members have not endorsed this offer and we encourage all ASU members to vote NO.
