Negotiations for a new Surf Coast Shire Council Enterprise Agreement are about to commence.
Enterprise Agreement negotiations are our best opportunity to fight for improvements that will make a real difference to the lives of members and all employees at Surf Coast Shire Council.
We have seen so much disruption over the past couple of years, which has fundamentally changed so much about how we live and work. This may have changed what is important to you or how you access your terms and conditions of employment. It also may have identified something that we need but do not yet have.

It is a fact that stronger union membership equates to better employment conditions.
