The ASU has been meeting with council to progress bargaining for your Enterprise Agreement.

At the latest meeting on 20 July council put forward a wages offer of;
Year 1 | 3.5%
Years 2-4 | 3% or 100% of the rate cap
The ASU has requested council reconsider their position and include a dollar amount within the wages offer.
Most of the ASU claims are still in negotiation with minimal claims being accepted by council as yet.
