2022 bargaining for your new enterprise agreement kicked off again a couple of weeks ago.
Over these last two meetings the ASU bargaining group has been tackling a range of clauses with council so when we come back to members we can be clear what council are offering and the implications for you.
Recent discussions have included the following items:
- Employee flexibility aka Anywhere Anytime Anywhere – additional clarity and protection added for workers wanting to take this up, including right to disconnect
- Employment security
- Position Classification and Review
- Worksite flexibility and starting point
Other work underway:
- Annualised Salaries for relevant appendix work groups – this is subject to further provision of information from council. Once received we will review meet with members to discuss further.
