Last year we held a vote on the offer for a new EA. A majority of workers did not vote for it. It is now time to negotiate a new offer.
The ASU will contact management on your behalf and discuss ways to improve it. The only way to resolve this is to get a new offer and put it to a vote.
We need to hear what you would vote for.
We know that workers are concerned about wages and how long it has been since the last agreement pay rise. The next step is for ASU members to speak with your Delegate and Organiser about what a good offer looks like to you.
We will make a time to meet with workers.
