Crunch time is almost here. We have been negotiating your EBA since March and Management has presented an offer. They have responded to your claims and made a monetary offer that they feel is acceptable.
It is now up to you.
Some things that we have gained are.
- 2% pay offer or $26 per week (whichever is greater)
- Super to be paid on unpaid parental leave
- An additional day of annual leave at 7-year intervals (still negotiating)
- Acknowledgement of the need for pandemic leave no commitment yet
- Extra parental leave TBC
- An offer of a 4-year agreement
