ASU representatives met with SEW Management today to discuss your concerns about the Customer & Community restructure.
Chief among those concerns was the spill and fill process and the claim that staff could not be matched to roles in the new structure.
It’s fair to say that we heard a lot of corporate spin, but not many concrete answers.
With that in mind, we have arranged another member meeting tomorrow to discuss the situation and possible next steps.
