Seeking approval for outcome of negotiations regarding outstanding items from members log of claims:
- Pay increases of 3% above the minimum rates from July 2023
- Classification review, right for individuals or collective to request classification review and minimum classifications listed in the agreement
- Flexible work, right to request working from home and RDO’s and Sacred Heart will not unreasonably refuse.
