The current Brotherhood Enterprise Agreement has been extended. Members should have now received a lumpsum payment along with a 6.1% increase to their current pay rate.
The Brotherhood and the ASU are going to negotiate for a new Enterprise Agreement on 29 July 2022.
The ASU has made some changes to our initial Log of Claims. You can view the Log of Claims here. Unless members have major objections to the Log of Claims, the ASU will submit them to the Brotherhood next week.
We have recently had some staff join our Union but we need to continue to grow and build strength in the workplace. Keep speaking to your colleagues who are not members (because it’s working) and encourage them to join so they can also have a voice during these negotiations.
