Your new Enterprise Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission and took effect as of 1 March 2022.

There is a raft of improvements to this new EBA that staff should have an understanding of to ensure they know their rights and entitlements in the workplace. You can find a copy of the agreement here.

The agreement delivers wage increases as follows:
2019 – 1.5% back paid
2020 – 1.5% back paid
2021 – 1.5% back paid to 1 July
2022 – 1.5%
2023 – 2%
2024 – 2%
