As you know, the ASU is in dispute with council about the implementation of RDOs across Children’s Services in line with Clause 22 of your agreement.
The ASU met with council this week and has since received correspondence advising that they will pause the progress to implement RDOs and meet with the ASU again on September 20 to try and resolve matters raised. Council also advised they will engage in further discussions with the ASU with the aim of formalising the maintenance of the existing fortnightly RDO arrangements going forward.
In light of this, the ASU wish to meet with members to hear your concerns, discuss next steps and seek your guidance on how to proceed from here. It is important that all members affected attend this meeting.
