ASU Representatives recently met with CCV’s CEO and HR, to get an update on the pay progression matter. As a reminder, the issue is that multiple members have had issues getting their pay progression even when it is approved by their line manager during their annual review.  

The CEO and HR advised that they have reviewed all the information available to them and they believe that everyone eligible to progress has progressed.  

They asked us to advise them of any members who are due for pay progression and have not received it.  

So, if you have gone more than 12 months without pay progression, and you haven’t been advised of any issues holding you back from that progression, let us know by emailing Tim Sullivan on the details below.

The details that we need are: 

  • Name
  • Role
  • Current classification (g. 4.1)
  • Start date at CCV
  • Last pay progression
  • Whether you’ve been told why you haven’t progressed

Your colleagues who aren’t in the union can take part too. You can send them this email so that they can get involved in this collective matter, but we’ll only be able to represent them on other matters if they join the union –
