We know that when there is a dialogue between management and the union (that’s you), issues are more quickly addressed and disputes are more easily resolved.
That’s why members suggested that your ASU Delegate Saraya and your ASU Organiser Tim try to establish regular meetings with Managers at Our Watch.
Saraya put the request to management for monthly meetings and they agreed without hesitation, which is an absolute credit to her.
We know that communication lines from management to workers can sometimes dry up, which is why we believe that having a monthly opportunity to ask questions and raise issues that we see arising will be a great way for you to have your voice represented.
Keep your eyes on your emails for another members meeting where you can put items to Saraya and Tim to take to the December meeting with management.
