Delegates have been in regular and active discussions with Fiona Dickson and Paul Flavel to identify areas across On the Line (OTL) that need to change to improve workplace culture.
The completion of the workplace culture survey would certainly assist delegates to provide management with a clear view and perspective of the workplace culture at OTL.
The survey will also identify what needs to be in place at OTL to best support the welfare and wellbeing of the membership and the workplace overall.
At this confronting and challenging time for all, we need to do whatever it takes to ensure that OTL is a safe, respectful, diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
This is the time to remain focused, in constant contact with one another and united.
We look forward to your considered responses and insights and welcome new ideas and approaches.
We also encourage you to provide examples where possible in the context of the survey, so OTL can provide specific responses.
Responses will form part of a collective response that the ASU will provide to management, and please note members will not be identified unless of course, a member gives permission for this to occur.
Once collated, delegates will provide feedback to members to ensure that members are fully informed through every part of this crucial process moving forward.
