Local government workers do outstanding work in communities right across Victoria.
The ASU wants to recognise these Local Heroes who hold communities together by providing outstanding services. But we need you to play a part by nominating an outstanding local government worker as a Local Hero.
The Local Hero Awards will recognise individual workers or teams of workers, they will also bring much-needed recognition to the work of all local government workers.
Nominations can be made by any worker or member of the community.
