Have you ever been unsatisfied with the outcome of a request, issue or dispute in your workplace? Wondered how you can raise a dispute or handle a grievance? Well, the ASU will be running an info session for members on this topic.
Every Local Government Enterprise Agreement will have a dispute or grievance procedure, it’s mandatory to include a dispute resolution term under the Act. The types of disputes you can raise will be dependent on what the clause states. We will provide some tips on how to approach your dispute/grievance and also provide lunch on the day. Non-members interested in joining are also welcome.
