Following our member survey, ASU representatives have indicated to management that we are seeking a better wages/sign-on bonus arrangement. In response, Management has increased the sign-on bonus offer to $1500. But they have not moved on the 2.5% wages offer. They are seeking an urgent response from ASU on this.

We have also told management that we are seeking improvements to the Parental Leave clause, as well as the reinstatement of accident make up pay, as per VicRoads EA9.
