The Victorian Government has today announced new restrictions on gatherings and new rules on mask-wearing in greater Melbourne.

These new measures are in response to the latest cases of coronavirus in Melbourne.

Notably, the Acting Premier’s media release states:

“Schools and workplaces will remain open with the current restrictions that are in place. Depending on the workplace, this includes COVIDSafe measures and in some cases, a density requirement. There are no changes to existing density rules.”
