The ASU is pleased to advise that the Agreement has been successfully voted up with a 93% Yes Vote with 62.2% of the workforce participating in the vote.

MPSC will lodge the Agreement to the Fair Work Commission for approval.  Once this occurs the agreement will become enforceable 7 days post this date.

As of 1 July 2021, the following wage increase will be applicable;

 1.5%, 80% of the Rate Cap or $20.50 per week, whichever is higher, on the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st July 2021.

Salary rates will be back paid to 2nd January 2021.

The Agreement also delivers a range of improvements on conditions which once certified staff will be able to enjoy.
