Numerous ASU Members at MOSS have contacted ASU Delegates or the ASU Office with questions about the recent letter some of you have received about the requirement to take Long Service Leave.
As a result, we’re holding an online meeting this Thursday to discuss the matter and potentially collate a list of questions/requests that you may have for your employer.
If you received the letter, or you’re concerned you might receive a direction to take Long Service Leave in the near future, we’d love to see you at this meeting. And if you know non-members keen to understand what the ASU response might be, feel free to invite them too, by forwarding them this email.
Your CEO has approved your attendance on paid time for 30 minutes only. He stated that you would need to take leave for any time over 30 minutes.
