The ASU has been notified of MPSC decision to cease in-home support services including home maintenance as of July 2022.
This has come after MPSC engaged Mecwacare in December 2020 in a transfer of business, to look after any new clients requiring services within the municipality.
Council is currently holding information sessions, which the ASU organiser Lorraine Di Pietrantonio has been invited to and will attend.
Post the conclusion of all these forums we will hold a separate ASU member meeting- so stay tuned for details.
