The ASU is aware of the numerous serious issues with the MyPay system, and the challenges this is presenting to staff as you try to do your job. Your ASU Organiser and Delegates have been raising these issues for several months but have seen little to indicate they are being taken seriously.
We will be holding meetings (online and in-person) in the coming weeks to discuss your concerns about this system and what the next steps may be. Hopefully, we will have a response to this letter from Ms Henderson by then so we can consider it when making those decisions. Please keep an eye out for the meeting details and attend if you’re able.
