Your ASU representatives met with Moorabool management again on Tuesday, with a desire to reach an agreement that would be satisfactory to members.

Management presented your representatives with a proposed wage increase that would be as little as 1.2% in the second year and amounts unknown after that, claiming financial constraints as there are numerous rate payers who are behind with their payments. They claim this whilst acknowledging those rates are almost always recouped. It just shows they will use any excuse to deny their employees a reasonable pay rise.

We ask you keep this in mind when you vote on the Protected Action Ballot and vote yes to all proposed actions to let management know you are serious.

If you haven’t received your ballot by Monday 19 April, you will need to contact the AEC immediately for a replacement by emailing or by calling 02 9375 6366 or 03 9285 7111 and referencing the PAB Order number B2021/183.
