ASU Members have voted down managements insulting EBA offer.

There will be a stop-work meeting and BBQ from 12 noon outside the Bacchus Marsh Library (215 Main St). Come along for a Solidarity Sausage (vegetarian options will also be available).

We need all ASU members to come to the stop-work meeting and BBQ to show management that we are serious and will do what it takes to get a better deal.

The meeting and BBQ will be held during your unpaid lunch break, but you will need to stop work to travel to the BBQ and back to your worksite. You can stop work either side of your lunch break for up to an hour each time (2 hours in total + unpaid lunch break).

As this is a stop-work you are not entitled to be paid from the time you leave your worksite until the time that you return.

Only ASU and ANMF members can stop work and attend. There has never been a better time to join the ASU. Join today via and come along tomorrow for your free Solidarity Sausage!
