Council have proposed the following:
- 2% wage or $35, whichever is the greater, increase effective retrospectively to the first full pay period in November 2022
- 3.5% or $35, whichever is the greater, wage increase effective from the first full pay period in November 2023
- 3% or $35, whichever is the greater, wage increase effective from the first full pay period in November 2024
- An increase to the End of Band payment from $1000 to $1100 effective from the first full pay period in November 2023
