The ASU has had reports from members with concerns around shifts in the workplace culture at MOSS.
We are keen to hear members’ views on this issue and to work with members on how these issues might be addressed. To kick this off we have created a survey for all MOSS staff to fill out:
The results of this survey will gather information on members’ experience of working at MOSS, identifying any areas of members’ concern, ideas for improvement and assist to establish a plan to go forward. The survey is anonymous. Information and action from members like you will drive any results, so your input is crucial to get a true picture of the situation, and to work out strategies where possible for any improvements to the culture!
Some of these issues may be industrial and have a clear fix. Some may not be and might need further strategising, or a different approach or involvement of members. We won’t know until the results are in.
We will bring these results back to members in an aggregated and de-identified way to keep working with you about what leads to you staying at MOSS and what keeps you there – for a better workplace overall.
