Enterprise Agreement negotiations with management have stalled, with ASU representatives and management unable to reach agreement at the last two bargaining meetings.

The ASU negotiating team is seeking direction from union members on how to progress in the campaign to sign a fair Enterprise Agreement with job security at its core.

All ASU members are invited to get an update on the negotiations, and have their say on the future direction of bargaining.

Maribyrnong City Council staff have recently heard from management on their view of agreement. The ASU is holding a round of meetings for all staff to attend to hear about our points of difference and to ask ASU members to have their say on the future direction of bargaining.

45 minute paid meetings have been granted at each of the following locations.
