We are nearing the end of negotiations in your Enterprise Agreement. Council have put a revised offer to the Bargaining Committee. While we are pleased to see some positive changes, we still have concerns on a couple of items.
We will be holding a paid members meeting to discuss the revised offer.

Council said they reviewed their financial position and provided the following pay increase and other items as final offer to staff.
Council’s updated final offer of 1.5% or $23 in Year 1 and 1.75% or $26 in Years 2 and 3 (Year 1 payable from the date the new EA becomes operative). This is in addition to the other components of Management’s package that have already been tabled.
