The ASU has sought Council approval to hold two paid meetings next week to discuss next steps in your Enterprise Agreement (EA) negotiations at Manningham Council.

Council will respond on Monday morning, in the meantime please save the date!

ASU delegates and officials met with Manningham on Tuesday 13 October. Council tabled a revised pay offer, which we will discuss at member meetings.

No agreement has been reached yet. We took your feedback from our last member meeting to Manningham Council and had further discussions, it was clear that job security remains a key priority and there is work to be done on how this can be strengthened in the agreement.

Your attendance is important as we are seeking member direction on the current proposals before going back to management on 27 October.

We still have a long way to go over the next few weeks, so speak to your ASU Delegates and encourage non-members to join the ASU, who are fighting hard for everyone.
