Your ASU representatives continue to meet with LSC management to negotiate a new Enterprise Agreement.

At the most recent meeting last week LSC responded to most of your claims.

Disappointingly your new CEO advised that they are not prepared to respond to your wage claim of 3.5% or $35 per week until we work through your claims. Your representatives were very vocal that this was not a suitable position for LSC to take and that our expectation is that LSC responds with a wage offer.

With the current Enterprise Agreement being consolidated there are still many clauses to be considered and negotiated so this process will take some time.

Member’s will continue to be updated and once a wage offer is provided as well as a full response to your claims, meetings will be held.

Your bargaining representatives are working hard to ensure your voice is being heard and with Heather Christie, Ian Hargreaves, Peter Bewley, Terry Thomas and Shayne Morris all at the bargaining table you are being heard loud and clear.

We are stronger when we are united. Talk to a colleague about the importance of union membership and ask them to join the ASU via so you can all get a better deal in the Enterprise Agreement.
