Launch management has started sending emails to staff, wrongly requesting them to enter support period data into a spreadsheet which will then be entered into databases by non-union workers.
The current work ban relating to this email request is “18. An indefinite or periodic ban on not opening, updating, or closing support periods, or submitting reports relating to Validata to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare?”.
The ASU believes members do not have to comply with the request to provide the data to be entered as support periods as this amount to updating support periods.
If you have been sent an email, you will know what we are referring to. We understand that some teams are yet to receive the email, but that they will be sent to all teams shortly.
