Together with Delegates, we have once again commenced Negotiations at Latrobe City, we have raised your concerns with management, informed management of our position regarding their offer and offered some advice on what improvements can be made to the proposed agreement.
Management has taken all these things on board and is re-accessing their options regarding their pay offer.
Given the time of year, we have agreed to put negotiations on hold with the view of recommencing in late January or early February.
Latrobe City has indicated that this will not affect their position with back paying staff. Please stay tuned for further updates.
